ESTIMATOR
Prepare detailed labor, material, equipment and time estimates for all trades including general construction, plumbing, HVAC and electrical trades. Analyze specifications and subcontractor proposals for both commercial and retail construction. Must have in depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Prepare trade bid analysis and qualify subcontractor proposals. Use Timberline estimating software, Primavera project planner, Primavera expedition, MS project and MS office. Work closely with architects and owners during design development and organize preliminary and final budgets and carry out value engineering functions. Perform conceptual estimating and prepare client bids based on field visits and descriptions without plans. Mail/fax resume and salary requirements to Donnelly Industries.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Must have 10 or more years experience managing projects from start to finish including retail, medical, restaurant and hospitality facilities. Must be a motivated team player with the ability to coordinate field and office operations. Must have strong “buy-out” skills.
Responsibilities to include: Prepare preliminary general conditions budget for new projects. Prepare preliminary schedule for new projects. Conduct team meeting to pass project information from estimating and purchasing to project manager and supervisor. Expedite subcontractor submittals. Obtain construction permits. Conduct job meetings and maintain meeting minutes. Coordinate with estimating, accounting and sales for change orders to client and subcontractors. Monitor budget and schedule throughout the project term.
ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
This four year program is meant to train the applicant to become a full-time project manager. Applicant should be able to read blue prints, perform quantity takeoffs, and be familiar with all construction forms and documents. The successful applicant must be computer literate self motivated team player. A Master’s degree in Construction Management and/or other hands-on construction training is a plus.

JOB SUPERVISOR
The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years construction experience working in a site supervision position. The ability to read blueprints, operate a computer, and order material is a must.
Responsibilities to include: Attend team meeting with project manager and estimator; Mobilize job site – trailer, tools, equipment etc.; Conduct jobsite meetings with subcontractors; Maintain daily contact with subcontractors to expedite the work in the field; Walkthrough meetings with subcontractors for change order scopes of work; Maintain written daily reports, and send a copy of the report to the project manager; Monitor work on jobsite with regard to conforming with the plans and specifications; Maintain daily communication with the project manager with regard to questions and problems in the field; Schedule and coordinate the daily work of the trades; Schedule and monitor site inspections by engineers and municipal inspectors; Attend periodic jobsite meetings with the project manager, owner, and architect; Obtain punch lists, issue to subcontractors and expedite work and signoffs; Maintain as built drawings, warranties, maintenance manuals for closeout and issue to PM; Verify time and material only for subcontractor extra work tickets.
