Project Description

Donnelly Construction delivered the ground up construction of a new 65,136 square foot Floor and Decor retail store in Henrietta, New York, transforming the former Market Place Mall Sears site into a standalone facility. The project included a comprehensive sitework package, installation of concrete tilt up wall panels, durable EPDM roofing, and the build out of a modern interior office block to support store operations.
