Donnelly Construction is hard at work restoring a warehouse once occupied by Dr. Pepper, in hopes of attracting a new tenant for our valued customer, CenterPoint Properties. In replacing a slab that size, we are recycling more than 3,000 yards of concrete, thus saving the client money, and reducing the burden on landfill. It takes a lot more work, and a lot more equipment, but doing things the right way feels pretty good.
