This fall, Donnelly Construction broke ground on a brand new set of projects at the Bay Head Yacht Club. This included the construction of two brand new buildings, four elevated paddleball courts, two pickle ball courts, and two bocce ball courts. The new Cottage, a 1,200 SF facility, will feature elevated viewing decks that wrap around the new courts to give members a bird’s eye view of all the matches. New site lighting will surround the facility to enable night play for the membership. The project is slated for an early spring completion date.

It seems like everyone breaks ground in the fall, this time is no different. Donnelly is starting construction on a new ground up parish for Most Blessed Sacrament in Franklin Lakes. This concrete structure will house a very open main worship space, a smaller daily chapel, lots of natural light, beautiful stone façade, a kitchen for events and a bridal suite. The finishes are clean, understated and full of elegance.
