Project Description

Donnelly Construction delivered improvements at Bay Head Yacht Club to modernize its paddle and tennis facilities and enhance the surrounding member spaces. Following the dismantling of the existing paddle courts in June 2022 and demolition beginning in August 2022, construction was completed on June 30, 2023.

The project included two new ground up buildings, a new paddle cottage and a maintenance building, each with new utility services, along with the installation of approximately 200 helical piles to support the new buildings, paddle courts, and decking.
