As of October 2025, Donnelly Construction completed a new 65,715 SF, three story multifamily apartment community in Denville, New Jersey, located just steps from the Mount Tabor NJ Transit Station.

This in-house real estate development includes 60 residences, including 35 one-bedroom units, 23 two-bedroom units, and two three-bedroom units. The pet friendly community offers amenities designed for everyday convenience, including EV charging stations, a business lounge, fitness center, barbeque patio, and a controlled access package room.
