Donnelly Construction completed a 141,000 square foot ground up facility on a 35-acre site, featuring a 40,000 square foot exterior canopy and 14 loading docks to support efficient operations and logistics.

The site was also prepared for future expansion, including infrastructure planning for more than 300 EV parking spaces. A large on site detention basin was incorporated to manage stormwater across the property, reflecting a thoughtful approach to performance, durability, and long-term site needs.
