Project Description

Donnelly Construction completed a 75,000 square foot fit out and rear addition to transform four vacant strip mall spaces into one high performance Floor & Décor location. The project began in March 2024 with full demolition and extensive abatement of a large former retailer, then expanded into adjacent shop spaces to create a single, unified footprint that could support the new store layout.

Our team rebuilt key structural elements, including brick, wood beams, and steel, and replaced the existing slab with a new structural slab designed to meet Floor & Décor’s operational and loading requirements. Donnelly Energy also installed brand new HVAC units, supported by incentives through PSE&G’s Direct Install program, and the store opened for business on November 14, 2025.
