After delivering two 300,000 SF facilities in MA and one 600,000 SF facility in NJ weeks ahead of schedule, this major online retailer awarded Donnelly Construction with four new projects to start the New Year. These projects are a mix of interior fit outs and new construction. The scope includes major site work, utility upgrades, new fire suppression, fire alarm, & HVAC systems, new lighting, and the total build out of the warehouse, shipping/receiving areas, and office spaces.
