Project Description

Promotion in Motion (PIM), one of America’s leading makers of popular brand name snacks and confections, hired Donnelly Construction to manage the renovation of their Park Ridge location. The project included demoing the existing offices and splitting the building infrastructure into two separate spaces. The new fit out spans multiple floors and includes new offices, R&D pharmaceutical-grade labs, a gym, new elevators, and a town hall space.
