Project Description

Donnelly Construction was selected by Essex County Country Club to build a new addition to their Clubhouse, which included a new Pro Shop, Mixed Grill Room and Bar, and a covered exterior dining patio. We were also responsible for performing interior renovations to the golf locker rooms, bathrooms, ballroom, and ceremony room, as well as a complete commercial kitchen remodel. In addition to the new work and renovations to the interior of the clubhouse, new scope was added over the course of the project which included the replacement of the entire roof, all new exterior trim, and extensive site work and landscaping. Despite the additional work added to the project, we were still able to keep the project on budget and complete the project in time for golf season.
