Project Description

This 300,000 sf tenant fit-out project features 48 overhead dock doors, 9 active trailer positions, interior van loading area, an interior parking lot, and four drive-in ramps. The scope included major site work, utility upgrades, new fire suppression, fire alarm, and HVAC systems, new motion-activated LED lighting throughout the warehouse, and 10,000 sf of new office space for team break rooms and training facilities.

From permit to kick-off: 90 days! Ahead of schedule and under budget!
