Project Description

On this project, Donnelly Construction partnered with Shimizu Corporation to bring Keio Academy’s vision for their new student center to life. The highlight of the project is the 7,800 sq. ft. auditorium containing a concert stage and seating capacity for 800 people. Other features of the project are a new dance hall, band room, choir room, pantry and prep kitchen, classrooms, and administrative offices.
