Donnelly Construction transformed a former Stop and Shop in Nanuet, New York into a new 58,997 square foot Floor and Decor retail store.

The project included milling and paving the existing parking lot, installing new site lighting, placing a new interior concrete slab, and completing a full roof replacement, followed by the standard Floor and Decor interior build out consistent with the brand’s prototype layout and finishes.
