Donnelly Construction completed its sixth Floor & Decor retail store in Parsippany, New Jersey, transforming a former LA Fitness site into a new 61,103 SF retail destination.

The project required a full interior demolition, including removal of the pool, recessed racquetball courts, and the existing concrete slab, leaving only the building’s structural framework in place. Donnelly Energy supported the renovation with new HVAC installations, leveraging incentives through JCP&L’s Direct Install program.
